Height Kit is a habit coach for teens 13 and up, and for parents tracking their kids. It's built to keep your information on your phone.

What stays on your phone

Profiles (name, birthday, sex, goal height), height and weight measurements, meals, check-ins, and routines are stored only on your device. There's no account and no login. We don't have a copy of this data and can't see it.

Photo meal logging

When you snap a meal, the photo is sent to our server and passed to an AI model that estimates the food in it. The photo is used only for that estimate. We don't store photos or estimates, and our logs never contain them. We only use AI providers that keep no data and don't train on it.

To keep photo scans within the daily limit, the app sends a random ID made when it was installed. We keep only today's scan count for that ID and for your network address, and nothing that identifies you.

How you heard about us

During setup, the app asks how you heard about Height Kit. Your answer is sent to our server, which adds it to a running total for that answer (and again if that install becomes a member). We keep only the totals, never who answered what.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

What we don't do

  • No ads and no ad tracking.
  • No selling or sharing of your information.
  • No third-party analytics.

Notifications

Measuring reminders are scheduled on your phone. Nothing is sent to us.

Children

Teens 13 and up can use Height Kit themselves. Parents can use it to track children of any age; a child's information stays on the parent's phone like everything else.

Deleting your data

Parents can remove a child and their data from the Profile tab. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.
